This step allows the flavors to meld together and ensures that the keema is tender and flavorful. Step 4: Incorporate Tomato and SpicesNow, it’s time to incorporate the tomato and spices that will give the chicken keema its distinct flavor. Quickly add 2 diced tomatoes to the pan and stir well to combine with the keema mixture.Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, and 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes, and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Step 5: Garnish and ServeLastly, Once the keema is cooked sprinkle the fenugreek evenly over the surface of the keema. Use a spatula to gently incorporate the fenugreek into the keema, ensuring it is well-mixed. Let the keema cook for an additional minute to allow the fenugreek to release its aromatic flavor and blend into the dish. Finally, once the beef Keema is cooked to perfection, turn off the heat and garnish the dish with freshly chopped cilantro and green chillies.
