- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded cottage cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or air fryer to 400°F.
Mash avocado, egg, and cottage cheese together in a bowl.
Mix salt and pepper, or seasoning of your choice in the mixture (or just skip it, however you like).
Form into patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet or air fryer basket.
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or salt (if desired).
Bake in oven for 30 minutes or air fry for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
