Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup shredded cottage cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or air fryer to 400°F.
  • Mash avocado, egg, and cottage cheese together in a bowl.
  • Mix salt and pepper, or seasoning of your choice in the mixture (or just skip it, however you like).
  • Form into patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  • Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or salt (if desired).
  • Bake in oven for 30 minutes or air fry for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
