  • 2 pounds grass-fed ground beef
  • 1.5 pounds bone-in ribeye cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 32 ounces organic beef bone broth
  • Water as needed

Instructions
 

  • Brown the Meat: In a large Dutch oven or pot, brown the ground beef and rib eye over medium-high heat. Remove from the pot and set aside.
  • Sauté the Aromatics: In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.
