Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 cups Chicken breast, diced
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
    Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions and set aside. Dice chicken breast, beat eggs, and chop carrots, green onions, and garlic.
  • Step 2: Cook the Chicken
    Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
    Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Step 3: Scramble the Eggs
    Push chicken to one side of the skillet.
    Pour beaten eggs into the empty space and scramble until cooked.
  • Step 4: Add Vegetables and Rice
    Mix cooked chicken and eggs in the skillet.
    Add diced carrots, peas, broccoli and cooked rice.
    Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • Step 5: Season and Serve
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Garnish with chopped green onions.
    Serve hot and enjoy!
