- 4 cups Cooked jasmine rice
- 2 cups Chicken breast, diced
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions and set aside. Dice chicken breast, beat eggs, and chop carrots, green onions, and garlic.
