Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh carrots scrubbed, trimmed, cut into ½-inch sticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Toss carrot sticks with olive oil in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle oregano, pepper, and salt over carrots. Massage seasonings into every crevice.
  • Arrange carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overlapping.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. Shake basket gently.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan evenly over carrots. Air fry 5–7 more minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Cool 1–2 minutes before serving (Parmesan crisps as it rests).
