Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • 2 Lotus Biscoff biscuits crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla or plain protein powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds (for added texture and nutrition) 
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract or vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup or honey
  • For topping Fresh berries and additional Biscoff biscuits. 

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a small baking dish. you can also use Ramekins.
  •  Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, combine Biscoff spread, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  •  Add Dry Ingredients: To the same bowl, add the crushed Biscoff biscuits, rolled oats protein powder, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well until the oats are fully soaked.
  •  Bake: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and smooth the surface with a spoon. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the oats are set and slightly golden on top.
  •  Serve:  cool at room temperature for a few minutes. Top with fresh berries and additional crushed Biscoff biscuits.
  •  Drizzle with a little more Biscoff spread if desired.

Notes

Greek yogurt:
You can also add 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to the oat mixture .
Protein Boost:
