  • Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
    Start by preparing the chicken breast. Cut it into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they are uniform in size for even cooking. Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl.
  • Step 2: Coat the Chicken
    In a separate bowl, add the cornstarch. Take each piece of chicken and coat it evenly with the cornstarch, ensuring all sides are covered. This will create a crispy outer layer when fried
  • Step 3: Fry the Chicken
    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the coated chicken pieces in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried chicken to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
  • Step 4: Prepare the Sauce
