Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mined garlic
  • salt, blacks pepper and red chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Chives for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
    In a bowl, mix chicken chunks with buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic, salt, red pepper and black pepper. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer for enhanced flavor.
  • Step 2: Preheat the Air Fryer
    Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes for optimal cooking.
  • Step 3: Skewer the Chicken
    Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers evenly.
  • Step 4: Air Fry the Skewers
    Place skewers in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them for even cooking. Air fry at 375°F(190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through
  • Step 5: Check Doneness
    Confirm chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.

Notes

  1. Cut chicken evenly for consistent cooking.
  2. Soak skewers to prevent burning.
  3. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for optimal results
Oven Preparation:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place chicken skewers on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil and cook for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Now switch the oven to broil and cook an additional 2 minutes to get the top golden brown. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
Grill Preparation: 
Preheat your grill to medium-high. Place the prepared skewers over direct heat and cook each side for 5-6 minutes each side.
Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chives.
