  • 1 pack Wooden skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cube Butter
  • Fresh parsley to taste

Instructions
 

  • Marinate:
    Mix chicken with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juics. Make sure chicken is evenly coated. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
  • Prepare Sauce:
    Melt the butter. Combine garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, chilli flakes and parsley.
  • Skewer:
    Thread marinated chicken onto skewers. Don’t forget to give space between each.
  • Air Frying:
    Cook at 400°F for 6-7 minutes. Halfway through, turn the skewers to ensure even cooking and golden color and continue for another 6-7 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • In the last 3 minutes of cooking, brush the skewers with garlic butter sauce sprinkle them with the rest of the grated parmesan, and let them cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve:
    Rest skewers briefly, garnish with Parmesan,and enjoy with your favorite dip!

Notes

Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for safe consumption.
Use wooden or oven-safe metal skewers.
