  • STEP 2: Preheat Air Fryer
Set to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the basket with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  • STEP 3: Shape Cookies
Use a cookie scoop to portion the batter, then shape and flatten each cookie using your hands. This dough will make 5-7 small cookies or 3-5 portions of large cookies.
  • STEP 4: Air Fry
Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Take out the basket from the air fryer and set the cookies aside to cool for a minimum of 10 minutes before handling.
Please note: Initially, the cookies may seem underdone, but they will firm up as they cool, so avoid overcooking them.

Notes

  • Ensure uniform thickness for consistent baking. Proper preheating guarantees a crispy texture.
  • Roll and shape the batter using damp hands. This will help prevent the cookie dough from sticking to your hands.
