  • 12 slices white bread crusts removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 strips bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix the softened cream cheese, chopped parsley, and garlic powder in a bowl until fully combined.
  • Trim the crusts off the bread slices with a sharp knife.
  • Flatten each bread slice using a rolling pin until thin and easy to roll.
  • Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each flattened slice.
  • Roll each slice tightly into a log, starting from one end.
  • Wrap each roll with a strip of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
  • Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter using a pastry brush.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the bread is golden brown.
  • Cool slightly, remove toothpicks, and serve warm.
