Dry Ingredients
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 Bell pepper thinly sliced
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- 2 leaves Spinach
Wet Ingredients
- 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat your oven to 400 F (200C)
Crumble the block of feta cheese onto a baking dish or ramekin
Cut cherry tomatoes into halves, slice bell peppers, and chops spinach leaves.
Place them over the cheese.
Crack the eggs carefully onto the cheese and veggies bowl.
Drizzle olive oil on to the dish
Season with salt, pepper and any desired herbs and spices.
