Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 Bell pepper thinly sliced
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • 2 leaves Spinach

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 F (200C)
  • Crumble the block of feta cheese onto a baking dish or ramekin
  • Cut cherry tomatoes into halves, slice bell peppers, and chops spinach leaves.
  • Place them over the cheese.
  • Crack the eggs carefully onto the cheese and veggies bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil on to the dish
  • Season with salt, pepper and any desired herbs and spices.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
