For the Filling:
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Olive oil
- Your favorite spices I like paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper
- Avocado diced
- Ranch dressing
- Cherry tomatoes diced
- Red onion diced
- Fresh cilantro chopped
- Lime juice
Toppings (optional):
- Shredded lettuce
- Shredded cheese
Combine shredded chicken, diced avocado, ranch dressing, diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
Warm tortillas.
Divide the filling evenly among the tortillas.
