  • 1 cup creamy, no-stir peanut butter
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1.1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsaltedbutter, softened
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mixing the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, softened unsalted butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together easily.
  • Rolling the Balls: Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into evenly sized balls. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Chilling: Place the rolled balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
  • Chocolate Coating: Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave. Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating it entirely. Place them back on the baking sheet to set.

Notes

Ensure thorough mixing for easy ball formation. Longer chilling makes coating with chocolate easier.
