💪 How to Hit 30g+ Protein

Use about 6 oz of chicken, beef, shrimp or salmon per serving. Add edamame, eggs, peanuts or cashews for an extra boost, and serve over quinoa instead of rice for a few more grams.

🍳 One Pot Stir Fry Order

Sear the protein first and set it aside. Cook the veggies in the same pan, add the sauce, then return the protein to toss. Everything happens in one pan, so cleanup is fast.

🥢 All-Purpose Stir Fry Sauce

Whisk 1/3 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp ginger and 1 tbsp cornstarch with 1/4 cup broth. It works with any protein on this list.

📦 Meal Prep Tip

Most of these keep 3 to 4 days in the fridge. Store rice separately and add a splash of water when reheating so the sauce loosens up.
